Distance Sales Agreement / Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi
This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically between the seller and the buyer through enarpshlkv.com.

Buyer
The buyer is the person who places an order through enarpshlkv.com. The buyer’s name, surname, delivery address, billing address, phone number and e-mail address are the details provided during checkout.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the buyer through enarpshlkv.com and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.
3. Product and Order Information
The product type, model, color, size, quantity, sales price, taxes, payment method, delivery address and shipping details are shown on the product page, checkout page and order confirmation screen.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the product information, price, payment terms, delivery terms, return conditions and this Distance Sales Agreement.
4. Payment
The buyer pays the order amount through one of the payment methods available on the website.
The order will not be processed unless the payment is successfully completed.
Payments made by credit card, debit card or other online payment methods are processed through authorized payment service providers and banking infrastructure.
5. Delivery
The product will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer during checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order preparation time, destination country, courier company, customs procedures and force majeure events.
If the ordered product is unavailable or cannot be supplied, the seller will inform the buyer and refund any payment collected for that product.
The buyer should check the package at the time of delivery. If the package is damaged, opened, torn or crushed, the buyer is advised to request a damage report from the courier and contact info@enarpshlkv.com.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to the buyer or to a third party designated by the buyer, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal notice must be sent to info@enarpshlkv.com within the 14-day withdrawal period.
The withdrawal notice should include the order number, buyer’s name and surname, product information and withdrawal request.
After sending the withdrawal notice, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 10 days.
The seller will refund the product price within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice is received. The seller may withhold the refund until the returned product is received or until the buyer provides proof that the product has been returned.
7. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following products:
Products prepared according to the buyer’s personal requests or custom measurements.
Products that have been used, washed, damaged, altered or are not suitable for resale.
Products whose tags, labels, protection bands or original packaging have been removed.
Products carrying perfume, smoke, sweat, make-up, stain or similar signs of use.
Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once their protective packaging has been opened.
Products excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable legislation.
8. Return Conditions
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, with original tags and packaging, and must be sent together with the invoice or order information.

Before sending a return, the buyer must contact info@enarpshlkv.com with the order number and return request.
Returns sent without prior notification may cause delays in processing.
9. International Orders
For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, courier company and customs procedures.
Customs duties, import taxes, local charges and similar costs are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless expressly stated otherwise.
The seller is not responsible for delays, restrictions, customs holds or additional costs arising from the laws, regulations or customs procedures of the destination country.
10. Invoice
The invoice is issued according to the information provided by the buyer during the order process. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that billing information is accurate and complete.
11. Personal Data
The buyer’s personal data may be processed for the purposes of receiving the order, completing payment, delivering the product, issuing invoices, carrying out customer service, managing return and withdrawal requests, ensuring transaction security and fulfilling legal obligations.

12. Dispute Resolution
For disputes arising from this agreement, the buyer may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the monetary limits and procedures determined under Turkish legislation.
13. Entry into Force
By completing the order through enarpshlkv.com, the buyer declares that they have read, understood and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement.
