Return, Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal Policy

This policy explains the cancellation, return and right of withdrawal conditions for purchases made through enarpshlkv.com.

1. Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation by contacting info@enarpshlkv.com.

If the order has already been shipped, the return process will apply instead of cancellation.

2. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to you or to a third party designated by you, without giving any reason.

To use your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear withdrawal notice to info@enarpshlkv.com within the 14-day period.

After sending the withdrawal notice, you must return the product within 10 days.

3. Return Conditions

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unused.
The product must be unwashed.
The product must be undamaged.
The product must not be altered.
The original tags, labels and protection bands must not be removed.
The product must be returned with its original packaging.
The product must not carry perfume, smoke, sweat, make-up, stain or similar signs of use.
The invoice or order information must be included with the return.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

4. Products That Cannot Be Returned

The following products cannot be returned:

Products prepared according to the buyer’s personal requests or custom measurements.
Products that have been used, washed, damaged, altered or are not suitable for resale.
Products whose tags, labels, protection bands or original packaging have been removed.
Products carrying perfume, smoke, sweat, make-up, stain or similar signs of use.
Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once their protective packaging has been opened.
Products excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable legislation.

5. Return Address

Before sending your return, please contact info@enarpshlkv.com with your order number and return request.

6. Refunds

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected.

If the return is approved, the product price will be refunded to the original payment method.

The refund will be made within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice is received. The seller may withhold the refund until the returned product is received or until the buyer provides proof of return shipment.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your card or account.

7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact info@enarpshlkv.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product/package.

After review, we may offer a replacement, return or refund depending on the situation.
