This Preliminary Information Form is provided before the conclusion of a distance sales agreement between the seller and the buyer through enarpshlkv.com.

2. Buyer Information

The buyer is the person who places an order through enarpshlkv.com and provides their name, surname, billing address, delivery address, phone number and e-mail address during the order process.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the order process is accurate, complete and up to date.

3. Product Information

The main characteristics of the product, including model, color, size, quantity, sales price, taxes, shipping information and delivery details, are shown on the product page and order confirmation screen.

By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have reviewed the product description, price, shipping fees, delivery details, return conditions and all order information before completing the purchase.

4. Price and Payment

The sales price of the product is the price displayed on enarpshlkv.com at the time of the order.

Product prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes and other additional charges, if applicable, may be shown separately during checkout or may be payable by the buyer depending on the destination country.

Payment may be made through the payment methods available on the website. The order will only be processed after the payment is successfully completed.

5. Delivery

6. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to the buyer or to a third party designated by the buyer, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal notice must be sent to info@enarpshlkv.com within the 14-day withdrawal period.

After sending the withdrawal notice, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 10 days.

The seller will refund the product price within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice is received. The seller may withhold the refund until the returned product is received or until the buyer provides proof of return shipment.

7. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following products:

Products prepared according to the buyer’s personal requests or custom measurements.
Products that have been used, washed, damaged, altered or are not suitable for resale.
Products whose tags, labels, protection bands or original packaging have been removed.
Products carrying perfume, smoke, sweat, make-up, stain or similar signs of use.
Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once their protective packaging has been opened.
Products excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable legislation.

8. Return Conditions

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, with original tags and packaging, and must be sent together with the invoice or order information.

9. Dispute Resolution

By completing the order, the buyer confirms that they have read and understood this Preliminary Information Form, have been informed about the product, price, payment, shipping, return and withdrawal conditions, and accept the terms stated herein.
